Friede & Goldman’s patented BargeRack technology offers a unique feeder solution that eliminates barge motion during the offloading process. The BargeRack is an advanced fork-lift type system that can be retrofitted onto a Wind Turbine Installation Vessel. The system is capable of lifting a feeder barge and its turbine components out of the water for motionless and safer offloading. By eliminating motions, operational weather windows are longer, resulting in significant reductions in downtime.
